(Post-hypnotic evidence / novel scientific evidence / similar fact evidence)
T. was convicted at trial of killing his girlfriend, based in large part on evidence of a witness elicited after hypnosis.  The Court found post-hypnosis evidence inadmissible as it did not meet the test for novel scientific evidence.  Similar fact evidence was also ruled inadmissible.  New trial ordered.
