University of British Columbia Law Students Legal Advice Program (LSLAP)
UBC law students provide free legal advice, drafting of legal documents, and legal representation. Greater Vancouver only. Financial eligibility rules apply.

Provides legal advice and assistance in the areas of disability, mental health, and human rights law. 
 
The Native Courtworker and Counselling Association of British Columbia
Assists Aboriginal people with the police or courts by providing legal options, translation and interpretation, and referrals to other agencies. Also assist individuals to prepare for court, accompany individuals to court, and speak on their behalf in some circumstances.  
 
Access Pro Bono Society of BC
Access Pro Bono carries on the services and programs formerly offered by the Western Canada Society to Access Justice and Pro Bono Law of BC.  Access Pro Bono offers various services including:
o   summary legal advice clinics in community centres, social agencies,
o   churches and courthouses located throughout the province;
o   a province-wide roster program providing representation services to individuals
o   and non-profit organizations of limited means;
o   a superior courts civil duty counsel project in Vancouver;
o   a Children's Lawyer project in Nanaimo; and
o   civil chambers pro bone duty counsel project

Non-profit society that advances the interests of groups that are generally unrepresented or underrepresented in issues of major public concern.
